Refund policy

You may request a return within 28 days of delivery for unwanted items. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Return postage for unwanted items is paid by the customer. Please contact IMAN APPAREL at imanapparel573@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Once the return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at imanapparel573@gmail.com with your order details so we can help.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
